Box-it South Midlands was established in 1997 by Edward Smith from its fully secure facility located on the outskirts of Northampton.

The company offers an extensive range of document management services including storage, scanning, electronic document processing through the Omnidox hosted service and shredding. The business has successfully attained the quality standards ISO 9001:2008 and environmental ISO 14001:2004.

Box-it South Midlands facilities include spacious, clean humidity controlled storage for secure document archiving for which specialist boxes in a variety of sizes can be provided. All boxes are strapped and bar-coded for efficient retrieval and tracking.

Box-it South Midlands can offer a complete document management solution with a clear commitment to the environment. Along with our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon foot print during the lifecycle of your documents our shredding service ensures maximum waste material is recycled but Box-it doesn't stop there we also commit to the planting of a tree for every 500 sacks of paper collected and recycled.

Box-it sites have state of the art security, are protected by intruder and smoke detection systems directly linked to the emergency services, with 24hr CCTV cameras feeding through to central office screens. Unlike many storage facilities and for further peace of mind security is increased as the business owner lives on the site.

Similarly the company has its own fleet of liveried and tracked vans with trained, uniformed drivers making collections and deliveries to the South Midlands area daily.
